Order Cancellation & Changes

We offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate your changing plans.

  • Before Shipment: Contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at service@Sunlovekids.com to cancel. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • After Shipment: Please contact us immediately, and we will guide you through our standard return process.

  • Customized Orders: Personalized items cannot be cancelled or changed once production begins. For any modifications, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

Shop with confidence. You can request a return for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Return Rules
  • Non-Quality Issues (User Reasons - e.g., changed mind, buyer's remorse): Items must be brand new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All included accessories and free gifts must be returned. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

  • Quality Issues (Product Reasons - e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items): Please contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos. Sunlovekids will fully cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

  • Exclusions: Clearance items, customized/personalized orders, user-damaged items, and non-Sunlovekids branded products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
⚠️ Important: All returns require prior approval. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  1. Submit Request: Submit your return request with order number via our Contact Us page or email us at service@Sunlovekids.com.

  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will email you the return instructions.

  3. Ship Back & Refund: Pack and ship the item back as instructed. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

  • Non-Quality Issues (e.g., size mismatch): Unused products can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Quality Issues (e.g., damaged or defective products): Please contact us within 30 days with your order number, clear photos/videos, and a detailed description. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a free replacement.

  • Exclusions: Customized orders and user-damaged items cannot be exchanged.

  3. Ship Back & Replacement: Pack and ship the item back as instructed. Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly ship out your replacement.

EU / UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (subject to applicable exceptions).
