Returns & Refunds
Some customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged because they are already personalized. After placing an order, we will start the order customization process immediately. Therefore, once the order is placed, we will no longer support changes to customized information, such as size or color. (If you do need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order) service@sunlovekids.com.
If it is indeed our mistake, we will absolutely solve the problem for you immediately and resend a new product. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds in this case. Please understand that customized products carry your exclusive customized information. Once sold, they cannot be sold again. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellation
After placing an order, once the order is locked, it cannot be cancelled and modified. Please check all details carefully before completing your order.

Free Replacement
This applies to packages that have not moved for more than 3 weeks or far beyond our estimated arrival time. If there is no problem with the delivery address, you will receive a free replacement in time.
In addition, we will assume full responsibility within 30 days after the order arrives if the product is bumped, damaged or malfunctioned due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
There are significant differences from the items you ordered, eg. Your customized information is printed incorrectly
Replacement Process:
Please send us an email (service@sunlovekids.com) with the following information:
Order number and your email
Video/photo of the defective product
If your claim involves a printing error, please attach a photo of the error.
If our customer service confirms the above situation, we will resend you a new product. We believe that replacement can help solve your problem at most. Therefore, we do not have a refund policy.
NOTE:
We usually do not accept exchanges due to customer errors such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Therefore, please double check your address before checkout.
There is a 20% difference between the advertising image and the actual item you receive, because sometimes the color of the advertising image may be slightly different from the actual item, which is due to the lighting when shooting or the display of the monitor.
Replacement for a small fee
In some of the following cases, fortunately, a replacement can be sent for a small fee compared to the original price:
You received the wrong item/design/size due to a wrong customization entered.
In this case, for the replacement, you do not need to return the defective item you received.
