Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $69.99 or more after any discount codes are applied.
For orders under $69.99, standard shipping rates are as follows:
- United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and most other regions: $6.99
- Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates: $7.99
Order Processing Times
All orders placed on sunlovekids.com are processed and fulfilled by our warehouse team within 1–3 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Times
After your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is usually 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping times do not include order processing times and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Update Delivery Address
Please make sure your address is complete and accurate before checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team at service@sunlovekids.com with your order number and the corrected address within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, once your order has been processed or a tracking number has been issued, we can no longer redirect the shipment.
Ship to Special Addresses
We are unable to ship to mail forwarding service addresses or P.O. boxes, as delivery service cannot be guaranteed for these types of addresses.
If you choose to use a mail forwarding service address or P.O. box, you will be responsible for any delivery issues, including delays, failed delivery, loss, or damage.
Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can use the tracking link in the email to check the latest status of your shipment.
