EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

Please include your order number, full name, email address, the item(s) you wish to return, and the date you received your order.
Return Address
Our return address may vary depending on your location and order details. After receiving your request, we will confirm the correct return address by email.
Please do not send any item back before receiving our return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item(s) within 24 hours. If the item(s) are in acceptable condition, we will issue the refund within 24 hours after inspection.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is not due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products;
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened;
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or human-caused damage.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
